Service Trip Arrived at my dealership promptly at 7 AM to get my F150 serviced and was immediately greeted by a service person asking what he could do for me. I said I was there for a oil and filter change and he replied "great,we can get right on it " I told him I had some instructions for him and asked if he would inform his techs that I am very particular about my vehicles condition and would he make sure the techs would be very careful and not step or drag their boots accross the door sills of my truck when entering and exiting the truck as other dealers are not careful even though I inform them ahaed of time. Not only was this dealerships techs careful the service manager when the service was complete came and got me for a walk around of my vehicle. I was very impressed by the attention to detail this dealership showed. GREAT JOB SIOUX CITY FORD TECHS AND SERVICE MANAGER I WILL BE BACK!!!!! More
