This car is maintained regularly by another Ford dealer so there should not have been anything that major. They told her that they had to keep the car overnight because it couldn't be finished.....the mechanic who needed to do the work had already gone for the day. When she went to pick up her car they informed her that she needed to replace the transmission. $700+ later she has her car but wasn't told what they were going to do to it. More
