Unable to Fix Endgate after 4 Years I have had a mixed bag of results when working with the service department some good and a few bad. This review is on my wife's 2013 Ford Escape purch I have had a mixed bag of results when working with the service department some good and a few bad. This review is on my wife's 2013 Ford Escape purchased at this dealership. My Wife loves the vehicle except for the fact after the first year the back endgate randomly fails to close and lock into place. Over the course of these past 4 years the vehicle has been taken in a number of times to have the problem fixed, and of this writing it is still not working properly 100% of the time. The service people always think they find the problem and have rectify it yet it still comes back. I don't know if this is the lack of training on the service people to fix the problem or if this is a Ford design problem that they won't admit to. What ever the reason it is very frustrating to have a vehicle taken in the number of times this one has over 4 years and the problem still can't be solved. More
Recall problem. Had an appointment to do a recall, and it took all day. The service person did not keep me posted. The office said they only get parts 2 at a time, so there would be wait for some time, Seems to me that Ford should have parts out in the country before they send out notices!!!!! More

After agreeing to the price I was sold a "service" contract for approximately $1000. The contract actually only covers items that there is a very slight to no chance will be an issue. The document says that it is PROVIDED by the dealer and it is non transferable and it has NO CASH VALUE! All it really provides is an extra $1000 to the dealer! Please read everything closely before agreeing to anything with this dealer. They are all very friendly but that just covers up their questionable practices. More

Wait too long and didn't fix it even through they said it wa Sycn stopped working and before going to Ford I did a system upgrade and update connect with Wi-Fi. This didn't fix the problem so went to Ford after waiting an hour and 20mim. I was told that a update was done and now it works. NOT IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING after 5 min of driving. So now I have to return so they can get the serial number off of the module so they can replace it and this could take 1 to 2 hours. And go back again to have it put in. I'm certain that if my warranty was up they would of had no problem telling me I needed to replace the module the first time I was there. I'm also a female they think I'm stupid if I believe they did anything to my SUV the 1st time to fixes my sycn More
