Was not happy I bought my jeep 5 yrs ago and have taken it there . This was the worst experience I've had. When I went in the guy ask me what I was there for and I I bought my jeep 5 yrs ago and have taken it there . This was the worst experience I've had. When I went in the guy ask me what I was there for and I said oil change and that it was not time but my light had been going off saying it needed changing. Also I had received a msg saying it was time for some maintenance . He said he would xx snd let me know if anything needed to be done. I made the appointment for 9:00 so I could get in and out. Only one person waiting when I started waiting.more came in. The first guy left about an hr later. I looked out and thought I could see my car parked outside but wasn't sure. After 2 1/2 hrs I ask the other guy at the service desk was my car ready or was something being done( he had brought another customer in the waiting area to xx out). He came back a few min later with my keys n said it was ready. I ask again was something done besides an oil change . He said he didn't know he was finishing up for the one who had waited on me. That was my car that had been sitting out in the area where they park them when finished . Locked like they forgot to tell me n the other guy had prob gone to lunch. They could have at least have apologized instead of trying to pass it off. They wasted 1 1/2 of my time and then looked pretty stupid when I was trying to find out why it took so long! More

EHHHH I called in the week prior to my appointment and explained what was going on to the man that set my appointment. (which I explained I thought were my back breaks making a metal to metal scraping sound when I was breaking and when I was not sometimes too) I had an appointment at 8am to have my Jeep looked at and I had to get to work so I just dropped it off and the man at the desk said that they would take a look at it and call me back before they did any work on it. We confirmed all my phone numbers to be able to reach me at. At 11am when I went to lunch I had still not heard from them so I called them to find out what was going on. At that point they still could not tell me what was going on and just said as soon as they could diagnose the problem they would call me back. At 2pm I finally got a call letting me know that it was just my rear breaks needing replaced. They gave me an estimate of $250 to fix them and I approved it. The man said he would call me when it was ready to come and pick up but it would definitely be by 5pm. I never heard back from anyone so when I got off work at 5 I went to pick up my Jeep. At which point he explained that the total was actually $320 after taxes and fee's. I luckily had the extra money, however not everyone would be able to say that, $70 is a lot of money to come up with on a whim when you thought the total was $250! The only reason I gave 2 stars was due to the VERY nice woman that checked me out and was able to find a coupon for me to help get the amount lowered. There was also another gentleman at the service desk that was very polite and nice to me as well. I have had my Jeep for 3 years and for every service needed I have brought it to this dealership and Brian was ALWAYS super helpful, on top of things, and did not treat me like I was an idiot. Things have DEFINITLY changed now that he is not there anymore. Letting him go was a MISTAKE. After the incident I called around to get price quotes on rear brakes for my Jeep and everyone I called was almost $100 less than you guys. Unless it is an emergency I will not be bringing my Jeep back to this dealership for service. More
