Air bag recall Brien, the service manager did a great job. The dealership checked my vehicle in promptly. Repairs were made and they called when vehicle was ready. Unorganized, Dishonest Called to inquire about vehicle before seeing it. Asked if any issues inside or out. Asked if it had been smoked in. Was told no issues, no smoke. Get there and salesman lost keys, which wasnt a big deal. There was significant damage to the passenger rear door. They claimed they weren't aware of and that someone must've hit it in the parking lot. Again, we rolled with it, they compensated for the damage. Was kept there for 5hrs to finish the deal and we were had the money in our hand. Whatever was sprayed in the car to cover the smoke smell, wore off the next day. It has for sure been smoked in. On top of all these dishonest and unorganized issues ..... I've been trying to contact someone for several days because they still haven't sent my title work to the courthouse. I cant get anyone to speak with me. The receptionist sends me to voicemail and takes messages for the Sales Manager, who doesnt return my call. The salesman doesnt respond and no response to Email or Text from the Dealership. Very unhappy with the service. And we were the easiest sale possible. More
