Unprofessional & unorganized I’ve bought many new & used vehicles from various dealerships within a 150 mile radius of my house. This was the most unorganized dealership that I ha I’ve bought many new & used vehicles from various dealerships within a 150 mile radius of my house. This was the most unorganized dealership that I have ever dealt with. We waited for hours to get paperwork done & was finally told to bring the car home & they would bring the paperwork that night. Late that evening, they called & stated it would be 2 days later (on a Monday) but were very uncertain about a time. The next morning at 7:45 (on a Sunday) they called & stated they could come that morning (to help us out). After several phone calls later, changes in the paperwork, & several hours later (causing us to miss church & other things), I was fed up. We didn’t end up purchasing the car & carried it back to the dealership. We spoke to several people at this dealership & were told that they’d been through numerous managers & employees over the last 6-12 months. Clearly something is wrong & that should have been a sign to us to just walk away then. It would have saved us from being tied up waiting for 2 days. We did speak to one salesman, Carlton, who was super nice & did try to help as best he could but the paperwork was not something he does. More
