Poor Management I had to beg and plead for the oil changes I was promised when I bought the car. Was told I needed to speak with the sales manager about the situation I had to beg and plead for the oil changes I was promised when I bought the car. Was told I needed to speak with the sales manager about the situation, go in the show room and was told he is not here, not sure when he will be!!! Go back out to the service department and talk the young man into calling Bryan who finally confirmed my free changes. My appointment was made 1 week early so I could be sure of the time I wanted, which was 8 am. They finally started changing my oil about 9:30. I have never had a bad thing to say about them, between my parents and I we have purchased 4 new vehicles from them. I left that day and traded for a Toyota and it being Gods will, I will not be back!!! More
