They had my car for 6 days fixing a water leak and when I can to pick it up they had broken an interior panel but didn't say anything about it. Had to special order the panel and bring the car back in to hav can to pick it up they had broken an interior panel but didn't say anything about it. Now less than a week later the leak is back and they have had my car for 3 more days with no update except that it's being diagnosed. Now I have no car trying to get to work and get around. I will update if they ever actually fix the problem. More

Took my car in for a repair covered by warranty and they got it done by the next day. The only complaint I had was the service techs unplugged my dashcam when taking my car out for a test drive. Looking bac got it done by the next day. The only complaint I had was the service techs unplugged my dashcam when taking my car out for a test drive. Looking back at parts of the footage, i noticed they drove my vehicle 20+ mile to pick up the part needed for the repair. In my opinion, that was unnecessary. They should be driving a company vehicle to make those trips. And to top it off, i noticed my dash cam was unplugged on the drive back to Garden Grove. More
