When I arrived I was told I was early and that my appointment time was an hour later then I had. I heard my wife make the appointment and the time I had was correct. Jose was excellent with his customer service but it took over 30 minutes for me to get my truck after I paid and received paperwork. I wasn’t too pleased after this visit. First, while I was being helped, the service representative took a call in front of me and was rude to the caller. Then tried to explain he was upset First, while I was being helped, the service representative took a call in front of me and was rude to the caller. Then tried to explain he was upset due to co-workers calling in. Next, He informed me that I had points available to use towards my service but when I picked up my truck and went to the cashier, he applied all points towards each service and depleted my points. The problem with that was we discussed using the points towards the additive for the gasoline only. My oil changes are usually covered through the plan I paid for. When I tried to speak to cashier about the points, she couldn’t understand the concept of it and was completely confused. Last, as petty as it may seem, my truck wasn’t washed, if they removed that from services they should have mentioned it. In the past, they always washed my truck and it made the service pleasant. More
