Experience was fast, easy and professional. The moment i walked into the service dept i was greated by Jose Guerrero who helped me get my car serviced. He explained everything that was going The moment i walked into the service dept i was greated by Jose Guerrero who helped me get my car serviced. He explained everything that was going to happen with my care and that he would be calling when my car was ready. I am happy to say no issues with getting my care serviced. I would only recommend because everyone is nice. I will not mention the name but I went in for a diagnostic test and the person who helped me was nice. I told him my car was stopping on my 2022 Chev I will not mention the name but I went in for a diagnostic test and the person who helped me was nice. I told him my car was stopping on my 2022 Chevy. That was the only problem. I haven't had the car long. When the diagnostic came out he stated it was the battery and the rack and pinion. I agreed on the battery given the ems that came on but the other service no because it was 4000. I told them just get me going with the battery and I'll go from there. I decided to get a second and third opinion from a random and trusted mechanic. Both told me that there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion. They also stated that they test drove, did a diagnostic test, and checked all that was stated on the test I got from Simpson. They said you have a low mileage car that is fairly new and so are the parts. They told me that they could tell I had work on the battery but they didn't find anything. So obviously they were upselling but actually lying to make a buck. Always get a second opinion. Just because it's the dealership doesn't mean they have your best interest. But again I would only recommend because the guys were nice. More
