Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove - Service Center

Can't get the right part for my brand new truck which shouldn't have an issue to begin with being 1 month old. 2 trips to dealership with total of 6 days without the truck and still not fixed which will shouldn't have an issue to begin with being 1 month old. 2 trips to dealership with total of 6 days without the truck and still not fixed which will be a 3rd trip. The part is on backorder which who knows how long that's gonna take. More

Took them 1 and half weeks to contact me regarding my check engine light. This was after I called them three times and a personal visit to get them to call me about my car. Finally got my car back and tw check engine light. This was after I called them three times and a personal visit to get them to call me about my car. Finally got my car back and two areas were damaged on the body of my car to include three dents near the hood where they were working on my car's engine bay and one damaged rear fender molding. I have three Chevrolets and wanted to develop a future relationship with them. That will not happen now. I will never ever take a car back to the service dept. there again. More
