Poor communication from management. Was told I would speak to the director about the issues 2x and they never responded. My car was in an accident during a test drive and I was never informed, I went to go retrieve something from my vehicle while they waited for the part and the service reps asked me to go search for my car in their lot when they had moved it to a 2nd lot and didn't have record of that, and I was given a broken fob and told that "this is how it's been since we got it". In service 3 times 2 month old $80k vehicle for a bad rear camera then its not the camera now its a wire harness. They call me to schedule to come in cause they have the part.
