Took my car in here for a diagnostics test. Advisors were dismissive and continued to not keep me updated about my car with many excuses lined up as to why. By day 9 of no update, I requested to speak with some form of management, and I was informed all managers were off/out that day. By day 10 they miraculously had diagnostic results prepared... We were able to purchase the truck by calling our sales person. We told him what we wanted, how much we could spend and he found us the perfect truck. Once we needed to pick it up, the paper work was alre person. We told him what we wanted, how much we could spend and he found us the perfect truck. Once we needed to pick it up, the paper work was already completed and ready for us. I was in and out in about 30min. The electronic signing makes things easy. I also like that there is a thumb drive given for all the paperwork! More
