Fredy Ayoub from Simpson reached out after I inquired about a vehicle. He was polite and not pushy, which is what made me continue to work with him. As soon as I decided I was going to purchase the vehic about a vehicle. He was polite and not pushy, which is what made me continue to work with him. As soon as I decided I was going to purchase the vehicle I let him know when I was on the way. He was outside waiting to greet us. As soon as we told him what we wanted to go ahead and purchase he got the ball rolling, knowing we had two little ones with us. The overall experience from walking in the door, getting financing processed without any pressure when we decline the extra warranties, and in an epic 2 hours walking out the door was pleasantly unexpected. Last Fredy went above and beyond sitting with me at the end explaining all the buttons and features which he didn't have to do. I could have easily looked it up after but he went that extra step. He knew every single detail about the vehicle and all the different trims which I appreciated! This is probably my 4 car in the last decade and this is by far the best experience I've had. This dealership got themselves a repeat customer and I will make sure to relay the message to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More
