In the first couple of months, the radio started crackling. Speaker is buzzing. Customer service is awful. Communication is poor. Still hasn't been resolved. Service rep did a poor job of keeping me informed on what was going on with my truck. Did not explain issues/ fault codes, but was quick with costs. Service tech failed to reset oil change monitor after serv was going on with my truck. Did not explain issues/ fault codes, but was quick with costs. Service tech failed to reset oil change monitor after service but brake pad sensor was reset showing 100% life, but no indication on service order of new pads being installed. Won’t be using them for future maintenance repairs. More
