Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by Carlos. He kindly introduced himself and asked us a few questions in order to help us find the right vehicle for our family and daily busy routine. The vehicle we liked (Chevrolet Traverse) was located inside their show and without a hesitation, Joaquin and Carlos found a way to take it out of the show room in a flash so we take it out for a test drive. We also have to mention Jim, from finance who helped us with the last part of our purchase. He truly help us out by adding a few extra things to make our car shopping experience at Simpson Chevron Garden Grove a great great experience.
