Vehicle was not ready the date I was giving. Shawn from service took very good care of me, he went above and beyond making sure that the service requested was made the right way and expeditiously. I received updates via text message which works gre above and beyond making sure that the service requested was made the right way and expeditiously. There are times when things are out of 110s however the updates let me know that everything is being taken care of and not placed on the back end.
