But check other facilities first. I didn’t realize my extended warranty would not cover $300/hr labor rate. My regular dealer is $199/hr and fully covered. Took my car in here for a diagnostics test. Advisors were dismissive and continued to not keep me updated about my car with many excuses lined up as to why. By day 9 of no update, I requested to speak with some form of management, and I was informed all managers were off/out that day. By day 10 they miraculously had diagnostic results prepared... I will never use this facility or it's services again. More
