We had a phenomenal experience purchasing our new Tahoe at Simpson Chevrolet. We drove up from San Diego due to the fact they had the vehicle I wanted at the best price I could find in SoCal. Ron was an exceptional help, and Christian was amazing. They are doing their part cutting down on paper waste. Everything was signed digitally and we were handed a thumb drive with a copy of all of the paperwork (instead of an inch of photocopies). Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend Simpson Chevrolet! More

I find it frustrating that whenever I use my Century maintenance plan for vehicle service, I don't receive the same level of service as I do when I pay for something extra. For example, if I go for maintenance plan for vehicle service, I don't receive the same level of service as I do when I pay for something extra. For example, if I go for an oil change covered by the maintenance plan (which is prepaid) and I'm told the car also needs brake fluid, I end up paying for the brake fluid addition. In these cases, they tend to go the extra mile— they wash the car, vacuum the interior, and provide a detailed report. However, if I'm only getting an oil change through the maintenance plan, they simply perform the service and give me a basic report. I don’t think this is fair, especially since I’ve prepaid for these services. I should receive the same level of care regardless. More
