Came in with a pre approval with our eyes set one a specific vehicle. Fredy had it parked right out front and was standing by ready for us to arrive. We took it for a drive and he broke down the features for us. Alex quickly came by from the sales desk to verify our payments and if there was anything else needed. Jim was quick and to the point. We got through the whole process in 2 hours from start to finish we were out the door with our new Chevy. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an easy car buying experience. More
Poor follow up when Truck would be ready. Had to call multiple times. Told on Friday it would be ready Tuesday. Called Tuesday and then advised Friday. The fact they had my car for the 5th time & this last time they had my car for 30+ days is pretty disappointing. I also got it back with the AC not working properly when that was a prior issue… in fact m time they had my car for 30+ days is pretty disappointing. My wife and I can honestly say we have never been treated better when buying a car. The two gentlemen that assisted us , our salesman and the manager are absolutely top notch, and the most honest and trustwo better when buying a car. It was very refreshing and much appreciated to have both of those gentlemen help us with information, take the time to truly listen to our concerns, and answer questions with our best interest always at the forefront of their answers and not the other way around. They valued both my wife and I, made us feel like family with their honesty and caring. The amount of effort they put in to help us, their thinking outside the box really enabled us to purchase our Traverse. They both went above and beyond what we would have ever expected or have ever experienced before.
