$625 to replace spark plugs is ridiculous. It's almost like you don't want the business. There was so much background noise when the service rep called me, I could barely hear anything he It's almost like you don't want the business. There was so much background noise when the service rep called me, I could barely hear anything he was saying. I have 4 or 5 different types of work that need to be done at a cost of over $2000.00. The communication lines for a transaction like that should be better. I took all the recommendations to my regular local mechanic and having them completed at a much more reasonable cost. More
