Truck was in the shop for 3 weeks, I had to call to follow up on the repairs, I left 3 messages for Jose with no call back and finally got hold of him. Once the truck was picked up 1 mile down the road follow up on the repairs, I left 3 messages for Jose with no call back and finally got hold of him. Once the truck was picked up 1 mile down the road warning lights came on the dash and had to return the truck. Not sure if those lights are related or not and then Jose Guerrero, service advisor, stated, that "we will not look at the truck unless you sign a $300 fee for checking the truck" That was ridiculous and I contacted the service manager who then told Jose to proceed to check out the truck.
