The process to take the vehicle in and get a rental for time they estimated my car to be done was smooth. The explanation of cost and time was clear. The coffee is always great here, which makes the wait e time they estimated my car to be done was smooth. The explanation of cost and time was clear. The coffee is always great here, which makes the wait easy. Overall, I think the only thing I would improve is the communication on where my car is in the service being done. I had to guess when I can come pick up my vehicle since no updates were sent to me. This was a problem for my work schedule and planning a day and time to make the 45 minute drive to this dealership. The car was giving me an error that the Key fob was not working. When I got to the dealership, Shawn Holmes tested both of my key fob and they were both working properly.
