Brought the Traverse in to have the radio looked at as the signal would only work intermittently. Told there was a $300 fee to identify the problem. A couple of days later they said the radio module was the signal would only work intermittently. Told there was a $300 fee to identify the problem. A couple of days later they said the radio module was no longer working correctly and the cost to fix it was $2500–for a radio!!! I of course said the fee was usurious!! The agent said the minimum could have been from $1000-2500 after the $300 was spent. No one in their right mind would have spent the $300 knowing the costs to repair it were so high to begin with. Felt the company dropped the ball by not disclosing the coast to fix the radio. Not sure I will ever return to this dealership! More
