I had a great experience with the sales person: Brian Anderson. He was awesome and really helped me along the way. I did find the service department to be subpar. I ordered a blackout package for my truck, I was given a drop off appointment of 7:30 to complete the work on my truck EVENTHOUGH the person handling my car rental didn’t get to work until 8:30. I was left without a vehicle. When I was picking up my vehicle no one bothered to do a quality check on the work, the letters were really crooked. Very noticeable. I ended up having to take the vehicle in to the vendor that did the work so they could fix the letters, and sit there for a couple hours taking additional time off of work. When I walked into the service department no one greeted me, a simple “Good afternoon, I’ll be with you shortly” would suffice. 5-10 minutes later I had to ask for help and that person couldn’t tell me what to do about the crooked letters on my truck. I had to go inside the sales floor and ask a sales manager for help. Horrible customer service from you service department. More

From the very first moment, Alex was very friendly, kind and willing to assist us with all our questions in regard to the Z71 Tahoe. He took the initiative to walk us over to the lot and show us the Tahoes as well as explain in detail the differences between them and all the features each one had to offer. Alex was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right Z71 Tahoe for our family. We were so happy with the service that we proceeded to begin the buying process. Once inside, we were offered beverages and assisted promptly as we had our baby with us. We were made a priority which made our purchase very smooth!
