When I bought my 2024 Silverado 2500 diesel, I was told it came with a 36 month 36,000 BUMPER to BUMPER warranty. The brakes are surging. Before they even looked at the brakes, they told me it wouldn't b it came with a 36 month 36,000 BUMPER to BUMPER warranty. The brakes are surging. Before they even looked at the brakes, they told me it wouldn't be covered due to it being a wearable part. I was either braking to hard or pulling too heavy of a trailer. They inspected it and said everything is fine. I told them it wasn't and they said to take it up with customer service. They said someone else has to pay to find out what is wrong and it still wouldn't be covered by warranty. Total bait and switch as the warranty goes. So we still don't know what's wrong and customer service said someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 business hours. That is 3 to 6 days. Great job you bunch of LIARS. More
