I asked for my experience to be low pressure and it was. Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous. The used car that I was interested in was waiting for me when I arrived. I was able to take it for a drive and all of the questions that I could think of were answered. My husband was unable to come due to work, so the dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home for a day so that he could see it and drive it back. This was a very generous offer.
