Cant even give this dealership a 1 star rating. Please steer clear of this facility. I bought a Sierra Denali in 08 from these jackholes and I should have known better. Different employees, same xxxxty cu steer clear of this facility. I bought a Sierra Denali in 08 from these jackholes and I should have known better. Different employees, same xxxxty customer service. Striking a deal for a 2013 GMC sierra took took 5 hours when in other facilities its taken 2 hours. Then once they had the truck on site 2 days later, it had a scratch that I got the runaround on fixing and then the sunroof and sealants and spray in liner was supposed to be done in 3 days. They took 10 days. When I finally picked up the truck they did not have the 2nd key nor did they fill the tank! Every time I've scheduled an appt or requested the 2nd key (which I still dont have 90 days later) I get deferred and the runaround by not only the service staff, but also the sales staff. Almost every promise they have made they broke. Their disconnectedness from their customers is repulsing, as they care more about their bottom line than providing mediocre service. So very frustrated with how this place stays in business. I will make it my lifes work to make sure that this business tanks. Other than a great truck I'm telling everyone to buy and service at Hardin GMC. Simpson is for suckers. NEVER AGAIN! More
