I reached out to 3 Buick dealers via e-mail, phone call and even drove to one on my lunch hour to see if the had any 2014 models on the lot. I found that the promise of "we will call or get back to you ASAP" never happened after 2 weeks of waiting. I thankfully found the Dealer Rater website online and read the positive reviews on Simpson Buick and gave them a call and was connected with Salesman Todd Fee who was knowledgeable and confident that Simpson Buick could get me the car I wanted and within budget. Todd called me 2 days later to setup a time for the test drive for myself and my wife and upon arriving we were treated with the respect and a high level of automotive professionalism from Todd and the Simpson staff that we had not experienced in many years. Impressed with the dealership and the Regal we knew that Simpson Buick really wanted to earn our business and was going to provide the best price and customer service you would expect from a Buick/GM dealership. We have now accepted delivery of our 2014 Buick Regal from Simpson Buick on 12/6/13 and I” am happy to report that the entire purchase process was extremely stress free and the Finance Manager (David Keefe) found a way to get me $1500 below our Budget!
