Had an appointment for 0845 on 11/18 for an oil change. I arrived on time and was told to wait. I watched other service agents check in 3-4 clients each before my rep came out and told me 5 more minutes. 1 I arrived on time and was told to wait. I had waited close to 45 minutes to just be checked in as I watched many other drivers who arrived after me checked in, take the shuttle, etc. I am not sure why my car wasn’t passed to another agent, if the one assigned to my vehicle was unavailable or task saturated.
