The "normal" service was excellent but a safety software update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or tw update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or two after I returned home and needed to load something. Two stars might seem a low rating for this, but this is the second time this has happened in a software update. Both times, the problem was easily fixed with a new upload, but the service department should have checked all systems before declaring the service done. More

Original service quote for oil change ( synthetic) and tire rotation was $175 which I thought was excessive . I took off the tire rotation and was quoted $120 for just the oil which I still thought was ov tire rotation was $175 which I thought was excessive .
