Brought vehicle in on Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Visit was for several periodic services and to investigate occasional thumping noise. It was very, very busy! Expert technician for investigating thumping noise was very busy, so I let them keep the car overnight. He was able to diagnose the problem (problem with a front shock) and do the repairs early Saturday. I had the vehicle back on Saturday evening of the Memorial Day weekend! Excellent service, especially considering their workload! Over the years I have purchased at least 4 vehicles (2 new, 2 used) from this dealership and they have always treated us well.
