Raul was great, however in the video I was sent for the review, the technician stated that whoever serviced my car last - that the filter piece was broken off. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I was told because i had a nail in the tread, i needed to buy a new tire plus get an alignment. I was told the tire couldn't be fixed. I took it to a local tire place and they were able to plug the tiny hole. I was quoted $388.00 to repair. I ended up paying $25.00. Very disappointed in that deceit just to make a few bucks. I've been leasing car since 2016. I've never felt so taken advantage of since im a woman. Bad business practices! More
