Deb was fabulous she was kind to me as my Mother passed a few months ago we were left with bills. A light cam on in my car she research the light and help us out . You need to have more people on your staff few months ago we were left with bills. A light cam on in my car she research the light and help us out . You need to have more people on your staff and more people will come in to your dealership I was not happy about coming in because of the way I was treated last time I was in, but now I will be only coming to she her also there was a thank you card in my car that was so nice. It has become a pattern for your team to fail to return phone calls or provide updates on the status of my vehicle. This lack of responsiveness is not only frustrating but also shows a blatant disregard for your customers' time and concerns. When a vehicle is in your care, there is a reasonable expectation that the customer will be kept informed about any issues, delays, or necessary repairs. This has not been the case in my experience.
