Came in for a basic oil change and the advisor tried to upsell me on 3 different “preventative maintenance” items for $200+ each. Had an appointment and still took 2 hours for an oil change. For once, they didn’t argue with me about unwanted services on my 2022 Sienna. Why would Toyota put a battery that needed a fan looked at , under the middle seats , costing hundreds of dollars in lab services on my 2022 Sienna.
