I had a hard time deciding on the above question "would I recommend this service center" I was there was a maybe. Since there was not, because of my recent experience I picked no and here is why: I am dis recommend this service center" I was there was a maybe. Since there was not, because of my recent experience I picked no and here is why: I am disappointed in my latest service center experience. While Debbie was wonderful to work with in getting me started, then providing timely follow-up phone call to advise of what the technicians found to helping me find the best promotions for the work I was getting done on my car and finally letting me know that the service work was completed and my car was ready for pickup. I was not pleased with the pick up of my car. Number one, while another service representative offer to help me since Debbie was not at her desk, that process was smooth, however when I went to get into my car, I was very unhappy with the fact that the plastic and paper were still in my car. Second, not everything was put back into my glove compartment after the service to my car was completed instead it was left all over the floor of my passenger seat. Lastly, when I went to start my car the Maintenance Needed light was still blinking on. The technician that had worked on my car had not reset it. I spent over $1000 that day on service to my car. Therefore I expect to pick up my car in the same condition that I dropped it off in, which was a very clean and a neat manner. I did not like having to find some place to dispose of the trash left behind in my car from the technician. I also did not appreciate having my items from my glove compartment not all put back the way they found it. Finally I did not like having to locate a service representative to get my Maintenance Light reset, that should have been done during service. More
