Saturday I took my truck in and had the front breaks done. I left the dealer and made it to the corner of Cochran and Galena. The truck was driving horribly, steering wheel wobbly, and brakes not really done. I left the dealer and made it to the corner of Cochran and Galena. The truck was driving horribly, steering wheel wobbly, and brakes not really working (had to push down far on pedal). When I pulled over I had lost not 1, but 2 lug nuts. I called the dealership and they sent the tech out. When he jacked up the truck the remaining 4 lugs were loose and could take off with hands. This means the whole tire was not tightened with a gun, just by hand. This is extremally unsafe and thank God I didn't take it on the freeway. I am just baffled that this even happened not to mention from the dealership. More

Its is a clean dealership, I liked the deals on the leases. It made me lease with you guys. I gave less stars because Toyota forgot to install plugs into the car that specifically states,”install leases. It made me lease with you guys. I gave less stars because Toyota forgot to install plugs into the car that specifically states,”install prior to giving to customer.” They also broke the front plate bracket. When I took it back for servicing, they wanted an appointment despite Mario saying it’s unnecessary to schedule one. Luckily Kevin was able to help out. Just a little annoying to have to get service on something that isn’t my fault or regular service. More
