I received excellent customer service, all of the employees were very friendly, they worked with me so I received a much better deal, and they did everything in a timely manner so from start to finis employees were very friendly, they worked with me so I received a much better deal, and they did everything in a timely manner so from start to finish it only took about four hours. My experience with the service center this most recent visit was very smooth. Rob greeted me promptly after arrival and got everything started for my service with a smile. He explained the service and add visit was very smooth. Rob greeted me promptly after arrival and got everything started for my service with a smile. He explained the service and additional recommended services in a way that made perfect sense. My car was finished within a short time that morning. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Rob was assisting another customer but another advisor jumped in to help complete the check out process (didn’t catch his name, sorry!) and this process was also quick and smooth. I have waited for quite some time in the past so I leave this review as kudos to the team working this weekend. More
