I actually felt like they understood what I wanted and we were able to work out a great deal on my car. Upon first inquiry, I worked with Dustin. We communicated mostly over text which, for me, was very helpful. He was very easy to talk to but also seemed to really have my interest in mind. By the time I came in to the dealership we pretty much had all terms figured out. At the dealership, Mario helped me out and helped seal the deal. I had some special requests before committing to purchasing which he accommodated. Again, I never felt a hard sales push, which is very refreshing when looking for a car. With my crazy schedule, I had to come back a second day to take care of all paperwork, and Mario was great at helping get everything set up over text. When I came back in, the car was ready for me, paperwork was all set, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Paul in finance as also great in making sure we were in and out of there as quick as possible. Didn't try to sell us on any additional features/services and understood what we wanted.
