Mark in the service department got me in on time with a minimum amount of paper work, and completed my visit in the prescribed amount of time as well. The 20K service was explained and carried out to my minimum amount of paper work, and completed my visit in the prescribed amount of time as well. After scheduling an early morning service appointment, it took over 2 hours to complete the service. This was unacceptable for a simple appointment. The service advisor failed to communicate appointment, it took over 2 hours to complete the service. This was unacceptable for a simple appointment. The service advisor failed to communicate updates throughout the service, leaving me in the dark. Furthermore, I was shocked to be quoted over $100 for an oil change service that is usually much less. More
