I bought my last car here in 2017 and just bought a new one last weekend. I found the sales people very nice to deal with. Not overly pushy and took the time to explain in detail any questions had. I had a very specific car I wanted, the Windchill Pearl colored Prius PHEV XSE. They kept looking and drove to Anaheim to bring back the one I wanted. I love my new Prius!!! I also love the service dept and used them exclusively for my last car, except for new tires. They are always spot on in estimating the time it will take and show videos of the car while it's being serviced. More
I would like to thank Al the gentlemen that greeted us as we walked out of our car. He offer assistance in helping us and making our experience comfortable by offering drinks and looking for my auto that I h we walked out of our car. Did not give straight answer to my questions, final bill had added $1400 worth of random stuff that was never discussed until i pointed it out and asked where this was coming from. This included two tiny, tiny, $250 first aid/ "safety" kits that are so cheaply made and poorly equipped, it would be funny if it wasn't sad. Also got pushed very very hard on expensive warranty for used car. When the sales person had just assured me how amazingly reliable the car would be. I assume its a good car, just sadly a pretty stereotypical car dealership experience. Oh yes, especially amusing was the talk that they want to be like family. Well we all know there is family and there is that other kind of family. This one is the kind where you really need to be careful as not to be taken advantage of.... More

The "normal" service was excellent but a safety software update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or tw update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or two after I returned home and needed to load something. Two stars might seem a low rating for this, but this is the second time this has happened in a software update. Both times, the problem was easily fixed with a new upload, but the service department should have checked all systems before declaring the service done. More
