I have known Jeff Hightower for several years now. I TRUST him implicitly. He has always been very helpful and courteous. I know he's in 'my corner' and will honetly tell me what needs to be done. I have been dealing with Dodge thru Jeff pretty much since I bought my truck, my first Dodge by the way. Thru two dealerships, Jeff has always taken good care of me and my truck. I have brought my Sebring into Kirby since before it was Kirby. The only reason I continued to visit this dealership is the manner in which Zachary has treated me. The staff at Kirby Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Simi Valley are very pleasant to deal with, from the guys at the desks to the guys who work on the cars to the cashiers. He's gone out of his way to help me on several occasions, and although he can't walk on water, I believe he would for his customers if he were able to. I'ts nice to deal with someone with his sincerety, honesty and professionalism.
