I made an apt for a recall on my 2014 Jeep Patriot and to service an engine light that was diagnosed as an evap leak. I dropped my car off at 8am, did not receive any calls or updates throughout the entire day and finally called at 4pm. I received a call back at 4:40pm stating they could not locate the leak and had not started working on the recall. Almost 9 hours went by before I was given any updates. Kevin (service rep) said they would need to keep the vehicle another day to hopefully complete the work. I said I would need to reschedule as I needed my car for work the next day and would have to make an apt on a Saturday. Kevin said when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he would look at the tech's upcoming schedules so we could schedule the next apt on a Saturday. When I arrived, I was told Kevin was gone for the day and would have to call back to make an apt. The service dept had 9 hours to locate an evap leak and check for a seatbelt recall, neither of these were completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service and no consideration of their consumers time are reasons I will never be taking my vehicle to the Simi Valley location again. The next day, I contacted West Valley Chrysler Jeep and spoke to a friendly service rep who confirmed they had the recall parts needed and guaranteed they had a tech to prioritize servicing my vehicle the day of my apt. More

Last two days I was promised a calI I still haven't got one. I do have corporate involved now this is absolutely ridiculous. Paying for a car to bff in service. My car is only 10 months old and has been in service not only the past 35 days but over 4 times for the same problems and other problems they love to tell you it's always a recall. To top it off I bought it from them too... They obviously don't care about their customers....... Big waste of time and money....... Very frustrated customer More
For Great Auto Repair...Go somewhere else I took my Ram 1500 in due to air conditioner not working properly. Well, a week later and a lot of excuses, to include that a rodent had eaten through I took my Ram 1500 in due to air conditioner not working properly. Well, a week later and a lot of excuses, to include that a rodent had eaten through some wires, it still was not fixed. I picked up my truck and went home. Then I decided to take it to a local mechanic, who had it fix in 20 minutes. He also stated it was a break in the wire and not rodents. As far as I concern, I will never go back to this dealership for the lies they told me and for their crummy maintenance work. More

Don't Bother Scheduled 1-Year service, plus recall, plus replacement of antenna. Was told all could be done on a Saturday. When I arrived (A) they didn't have the recall part, and (B) the person that replaces antenna housings does not work on Saturdays. Service manager ended up yelling at the rep I was working with in front of me; telling him he should've known it can't be done. Oil service was completed, and rep said they would call me when the recall part would arrive. That was three months ago. Their service department is a shambles. More
Shoddy service I went there to get my 1 year old car serviced (2nd service of car, first one was with Shaver in Thousand Oaks). 1. I told service rep that I am covered for oil change for 2 years, and that I should not be charged for it. At the time of pick-up, final bill was not shown to me, and I was asked for the card to pay. He gave me the bill with credit card receipt. And as expected, they had charged me for oil change. I am pretty sure most people will not notice it after they have already paid. The charges had to be reversed. 2. I asked him if multi-point inspection was done. He said yes. I said where is the report? He said, it is in the car without making eye contact . At that time, I was pretty sure - no inspection was done. Anyways, I checked in the car, and told him that there is no inspection report. He went back to get it, and when he came back - it was service rep's writing, same pen, no mention of my car details, no date/time, and ink was still wet. What a LIE. 3. I was told that front brake pads had worn out and brake fluid was burnt, and both need to be replaced. In my 18 years of driving record, this is first car where brake pads wear-out in just 17k miles. Service rep blatantly told me it's because of my driving habits. Thank you so much. Anyways, after many phone calls with dealership, Chrysler, and the area manager - they charged $50 for relining brakes (instead of $300) and another $110 for brake oil flush. Chrysler (and Simi Valley dealership - apparently under new management) are not very professional in their attitude, and lie on customer's face. Avoid them if you have a choice. More
Pretty Horrible Horrible horrible horrible. If you've ever been placed on hold here (I was for about 18 minutes) you'd hear all of the promises they make about gettin Horrible horrible horrible. If you've ever been placed on hold here (I was for about 18 minutes) you'd hear all of the promises they make about getting it done right the first time. That however is not the case. Their service dept. is an absolute nightmare. My Jeep has been in 3 times, and over $600 later the issue has not been resolved. The staff is very friendly in person, but if they're not in the flesh they're damn near impossible to get a hold of. When I spoke to the General Manager about their lack of response he said "Maybe you should've came to me and stepped on his throat a little sooner"- Eric. Completely inappropriate. When I brought it back the second time in the same day the service tech literally laughed in my face. I've never purchased a vehicle here but after this I can guarantee I never will. I'll also be finding a new place to service the Jeep. Good luck to you if you're brave enough to give them a try. I'll just say it looks like there's a reason they've changed owners more than twice. I have contacted the dealership and they have been making employee changes and it seems to be working. They are taking care of my concerns and I have to give it to them for trying to work with me, they coul employee changes and it seems to be working. But they are making arrangements to pick up the vehicle and give me a rental. What more could I ask for. They have really gone beyond service and help. More
I dropped of the truck for it's routine scheduled maintenance last night after hours... my truck was done the next morning. Jeff Hightower was super friendly and accommodating, he always has been. My biggest concern whenever taking in a vehicle for service is trust... and I trust Jeff and his entire service team wholeheartedly. I'm just glad he's close and convenient!!! More
Super guys, always willing to help! I drive a fleet car and these guys do all the work, paperwork, and all follow up with Enterprise fleet services.
