My wife Mary and I had a pleasant experience finding a new Town and Country Van to replace our old one. We initially received a phone call from salesman Ralph Smith informing us that Chrysler was having a new Town and Country Van to replace our old one. We initially received a phone call from salesman Ralph Smith informing us that Chrysler was having a buyback program for Chrysler owners. At first I didn't think we would be interested but we decided to go to the dealer just to see the new vans and test drive. Ralph was very pleasant and never pushy. He let us browse at our leisure. We determined that it did make sense in purchasing a new van. Initially, they didn't have the model and color combination we were interested in. Marc located what we wanted and had the van at the dealer in 2 days. Chuck the sales manager was very up front with the deal and trade-in value so there was no hours of back and forth negotiating as the industry has a reputation of doing. The van came in, our schedule was tight and we had only an hour and a half to complete the deal. We were in and out with the deal that had been laid out two days earlier although Ariel had given us an extra discount to since the initial dealer cost was higher than that of the van that came in. Bob the finance guy went through the paperwork and we drove away in our new van within our timeframe. Ralph took the van to the gas station and filled it up, in the past this kind of thing was given to a lower ranking employee causing us to wait. We are very appreciative that everyone at this dealership did what needed to be done for us, regardless of their title. We would definitely recommend this dealer. More

We have bought several Jeeps in the past from Kirby in Ventura. Recently, we had a very, very poor experience with another Jeep dealer in the area. We ultimately returned the Jeep to this dealership and Ventura. Recently, we had a very, very poor experience with another Jeep dealer in the area. We ultimately returned the Jeep to this dealership and then turned to Kirby for our purchase. It was without doubt the best experience I have ever had in the purchase of a vehicle, either new or used. The salesman (Art) was honest, straight forward and friendly in all aspects of the transaction. He explained all the details of the car. We had to return for a Smog check on the Jeep and the Service people at Simi arranged to have the service done in Ventura (closer to our residence). Dave in Ventura took care of us, like he has been doing for all these many years. What a GREAT TEAM of dedicated FIRST CLASS employees. He took us on a test drive, explained features of the car and spent alot of time with us, knowing we were not ready. He did not push us at all. Once we contacted him as to our decision, he went out of his way to find the right car for us, along with the "right price". We were already given a quote elsewhere in which David did not think he could beat but asked us to come in anyway, to see what could be done. Well, David spent several hours with us going over features and the "perfect car" for us. Between him and Ariel, they worked out a deal we could not resist. They ordered the car from another location and we had our new car the next day!! No hassels!! We would defenitly recommend Kirby Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Simi Valley. More

Instead of the rude dismissive treatment I've received at other dealerships who have performed this function in th vehicle. I dealt with Bob Hazeski. He took time to demonstrate all the features of my new Jeep, and even walked me through setting up the bluetooth feature...I was paired with my cell phone before I left the dealership. On top of this , when attention was needed to resolve my Sirus radio issue, they not only took care of right away but called me right back follow up. I did not need to chase the issue nor the person to deal with either my sale or my issues after sale. Calling the customer for good news or bad news is always worth YOUR time. It is not a pleasant experience to have a dealer pester you to death before and when you buy a car then they drop you like a hot potatoe after they sell you a car. KIRBY did none of the above. Thanks. The only Critique I could give is be aware of the time a person has to wait for your financial guy. My deal was a slam dunk yet my wait was well over 1 hr befor I made it into sign my papers. With. 810 credit report and 15K down there really is no reason to wait. All that said, once in the process the paperwork was handled to a "T" and very efficiently . Again , thank you. I happen to be there when it was busy. Guys did a good job even though one could tell it was busy. Pam is my sister but that really had no bearing on my purchase. I have been looking for 2 months at other dealers like Moss Motors and Redlands jeep. They never would call back in a timely matter with info on car. I just happen to drive 120 miles north one day, stopped by to see my sister and Kirby had the jeep I wanted. The sales team did the rest. It was a royal pain to drive so far to buy a car for me. But in the end was well worth the friendly professional service and I will do it again. More
