After few weeks searching online for a jeep wrangler, I found a model I liked at the dealer in Simi Valley. Since the first time I called the store, Ralph Smith was professional, respectful and provided gr found a model I liked at the dealer in Simi Valley. Since the first time I called the store, Ralph Smith was professional, respectful and provided great customer service when explaining me about the car. The purchase process was tranquil. It was a relief for me to have a nice and respectful treatment specially after having an unpleasant experience in another jeep dealer in LA county, a week before going to Simi Valley. At the other store, they who clearly didn't know how to treat a client specially a woman which made me 'run away' from the place regardless of their sales (e.g., in the other store, a person was constantly making personal compliments to me making me very uncomfortable, trying to convince me that I should take the color they had in the store and not what I liked, and the person even misled me by saying that Wrangler Sahara didn't come in 2 doors .. which was a lie, as I ended up buying a wrangler Sahara at Simi Valley) Therefore, I give 5 stars to the Jeep dealer in Simi Valley that not only know how to make business in a transparent way but also they know how to treat a woman client having that sometimes it is a little bit intimidating to buy a car when we don't know much about it. In addition to the excellent work performed by Ralph Smith since the first time I called the store, and his prompt follow up followed by his great job when I visited the store for the final purchase, I also recommend Bob Hazeski in finance, who helped me to understand the paperwork. best, Siglia More
There's no question that car dealerships have a bad reputation just for being car dealerships! Not to mention the bad rep they had before the new ownership a year and a half ago. Geez Louise! But you n reputation just for being car dealerships! Not to mention the bad rep they had before the new ownership a year and a half ago. Geez Louise! But you never know unless you experience it for yourself. The difference between Kirby Simi Valley and any other dealership is their PHENOMENAL customer service. I was completely amazed by the effort, time and care that these guys gave me in order to make me as happy as possible with my car. Don't be thrown off by the rumors. They all want to see drive away thankful that you chose to trust them. More
I went to this dealer to trade in my wrangler for a 2012 because I was interested in the newer engine type. Ralph Smith, Jesus Ortega and Marc Antonucci were great in helping me determine and locate a wrang because I was interested in the newer engine type. Ralph Smith, Jesus Ortega and Marc Antonucci were great in helping me determine and locate a wrangler with the options I was looking for. Chuck Gaccione and Eugene Heersink were accommodating and couteous in closing the deal. I don't think I can can accurately give all these guys the credit they deserve in words. After buying 2 jeeps at this location under different management and purchases I made at other dealerships in the past you will not find a better professional team more dedicated to making the customer happy than these guys. Buying a vehicle can be long and tedious but these guys were awesome. To summarize; Ralph Smith and Jesus Ortega for listening to what I wanted. Thank you Marc Antonucci for helping find my Jeep. Thank you Chuck Gaccione and Bob Hazeski for working the deal/completing the paperwork. Thank you And to Eugene Heersink who pulled it all together. Thank you Go visit these guys they are the real deal!!! More
Having problems with Smog Cert. Renewal and was referred to Jeff H. at Kirby for help. Found him very helpful and courteous and he was able to solve the problem for us. Also, I needed to be taken home whi to Jeff H. at Kirby for help. Found him very helpful and courteous and he was able to solve the problem for us. Also, I needed to be taken home while my car was being serviced and the gentleman who took me home and later picked me up was extremely nice. My overall experience was very positive and I will not hesitate to go back for any other service needs. More
Both Art Kupelian and Bob Hazeski were friendly and relaxed, not pushy...very important. Both were professional and ready to work with the customer. Art was ready to show the car I requested after I called. Got there and we were soon off for a ride. A good presenter. On the financial end, Bob demonstrated great flexibility where both parties could agree to come together. I'm recommending the Kirby Auto Group to all my friends. I'll even take them there myself. BTW, in the brief time I've spend with the parts & service departments, I can thus far state that the entire crew there is helpful and greets you with a smile: They want to get the job done right and on time. I purchase at 2012 200 Touring Convertible and I think I'll nickname my car "Kirby." :-) More
I have to say with this economy and owning my own business buying a new or used car is not the most thrilling thing I would want to do. I was so happy with the entire staff at the dealership, they ne business buying a new or used car is not the most thrilling thing I would want to do. I was so happy with the entire staff at the dealership, they never pressured me into buying a car that they wanted me to buy, they asked questions and gave me options on the best truck for my needs. Even with credit issues I still feel that I was treated the same as a person with perfect credit. Lets face it times have been tough and I was not in the mood to go to a car dealership and be treated that my credit score was something to hide from, they looked it over and still gave me a great deal. They are like the old dealerships that treat you as a person not as a number, so what if they have to call more than one bank. They just want the customer to be happy. I used to buy my cars through Galpin, not anymore. Also they have a large variety so you do not need to go anywhere else. Since I bought my truck, I have also purchased my son a car and I will be looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future for a car for my wife and daughter. Do not let the other guys make you fell bad if you do not have perfect credit, that just means that your dealership needs to work harder for you to close the deal, and WOW Kirby does. More
My husband and I came into Kirby on a fluke. We were shopping a difficult trade in and wanted a Chevy and were getting no where. I remembered that my brother in law had a jeep and the last time we were shopping a difficult trade in and wanted a Chevy and were getting no where. I remembered that my brother in law had a jeep and the last time we were together we went out in it and liked the ride. We had a horrible experience the last time we bought a car and our guard was up when we walked around the lot. Ed Fleming approached us and accomodated us in a test drive. My husband jumped on the freeway and he and I talked about the ride, the excelleration and the comfort. Ed said nothing. I commented to Ed that he was smart. He gave the customer room and time to feel comfortable. He said he was there to answer any questions we may have. As I mentioned, we had a difficult trade in and Kirby made it work and treated us respectfully without the run around. There was one deal on the table and it was a good one. When we got to the point of the paperwork Bob Hazeski was a delight. Smart, quick, informative and most of all, nice. I think at one time or another we were introduced to nearly everyone that worked at Kirby and everyone was pleasant and respectful. Ed also set up my husband's hands free and garage door opener. Thanks to you all at Kirby Auto Group. More
