We visited Simi Valley Chevrolet on April 11th with the intention of purchasing a new 2021 Bolt LT advertised at $25,772. With the $3,000 Costco discount we expected a $22,772 price. After arriving and being told Ed Mallory, whom we made the appointment with, was not there the receptionist proceeded to take us on the test drive whilst knowing nothing about the car. When we arrived back at the dealership we went to discuss numbers and a $3,500 security system was added to the total price and we were told it could not be removed. Everyone at the dealership was rude the entire time and showed no interest in selling their cars at the advertised prices. Take your business elsewhere, your time will be wasted here and you will not be taken seriously. More

Don’t bring your EV vehicle here. Brought my Bolt in for routine service check and they ruined the charging system. Still not sure what they actually did to it but GM recommended that we move it to another routine service check and they ruined the charging system. 5 Days of Ownership I've only had my car for 5 days so I may be premature (let's hope not) but so far, I have been very happy with my car and with the assistance I receiv I've only had my car for 5 days so I may be premature (let's hope not) but so far, I have been very happy with my car and with the assistance I received at Simi Valley Chevrolet. I worked with Abilene, Joe, Edward and Tom on the sales side and Maricela on the Finance side. Everyone has been lovely, no wasted time haggling back and forth. I needed to return twice (nothing wrong with the car, just needed to bring in paperwork) and both times everyone has been so nice. I had one tiny service issue (tire pressure monitor light) and the guy in service took care of it in 5 minutes. I love to write reviews, so if I end up having any negative experiences, I will update this review. However, my first instinct is that these are good people and you will be treated right. More
Have taken my 2001 Suburban to Morris Chevrolet for years. Very friendly when I pull up to the service area. Service people have always given me good advise on recommended services. They will usually beat their stated times for service as I will usually wait if its something simple and they can get to it right away (which thye will try to do if I'm going to wait). More
