I've had to take my truck in twice now for damage caused by a pre-existing condition. I shouldn't have to deal with a saftey problem. Especially dealing with a certified chevy dealership. More
This was by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They seemed to be careless about me as a customer and a future customer. I was literally told that if they can make an extra dollar on a vehicle they will take that extra dollar rather than selling it to me for less. Meaning they didn't ask the important questions... Like "What do you do for a living?" Where I would of responded Own a Construction equipment company where we purchase Fleets of trucks and were looking to switch to Chevy. Instead he just wanted to make an extra dollar "now" and described the reason for charging more to people reselling PlayStations for more because they can... Incredibly bad business We will never use this dealer or recommend them to any of our customers, contractors or friends. More

They did not disclosed an optional insurance at time of sale and they included on the total amount to be financed. We declined this optional insurance and we didn’t sign the contract and now they don’t want to remove the $995! They want us to finance an optional insurance that is good for one year and pay it for three years. Why do you referred us to go to this dealer? They mislead us. The salesperson name is: SHAYLEEN MCTAVISH and the Sales clerk name is: TONY ANAYA. This dealer is a scam. More
This dealer is scamming people, hoping that people will read these reviews and stay away from them. I found a Silverado truck that I liked through Chevy.com and clicked on the link to take me to the deale read these reviews and stay away from them. I found a Silverado truck that I liked through Chevy.com and clicked on the link to take me to the dealers site. I found the information and the price of the truck that I liked and online price was Actually less than MSRP. I sent a message to the dealer to get in touch with me to get a price quote. They contacted me and I gave them the VIN number and asked them for a quote. They got back to me with a crazy quote: $5000 over MSRP + $1,298 Security System + $3,995 TWS First Mile? + $1,495 GAP Insurance = That's $11,788 over the Sticker price for nothing. When I asked them the information I got from their site dose not match what they are quoting me, and I sent them a picture of the truck page. They said, that's not our site, which is a total lie, the site is their site, it was linked directly from Chevrolet corporate site and all of the information on the site is there's no reference to anyone else. I hope people read this and be careful and stay away from companies like Simi Valley Chevrolet. If you are not aware they will take advantage of you. More

This dealership without fail is the biggest scam dealership that I have seen in my 29 years in this country. In my lifetime I have purchased 8 cars from multiple dealerships before purchasing a car dealership that I have seen in my 29 years in this country. In my lifetime I have purchased 8 cars from multiple dealerships before purchasing a car from Simi Valley Chevrolet. I have never been scammed the way these people scammed me and unfortunately I did not find out about it till a year later. Their General Manager Omar sold me the premium maintenance package but after I left he changed it on the computer to basic. Imagine my surprise when a year later I tried to have the air filter/cabin filter changed and was told that I had to pay for it. I told them about the maintenance package and they said it only covered oil change!!! $1900 for oil change!!! STAY AWAY ... DO NOT BUY OR SELL ANYTHING AT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
