Although we leased our vehicle from another dealership, we brought our GLC 300 to Silver Star Motors for a recall notice on Saturday, June 5, 2021. We were fortunate that Vlad worked that Saturday. He we brought our GLC 300 to Silver Star Motors for a recall notice on Saturday, June 5, 2021. We were fortunate that Vlad worked that Saturday. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. Since it would require at least 2 hours, he recommended a local restaurant and offered to contact us if the work was completed before we returned to the dealership. Although a Saturday at any dealership is quite hectic, Vlad wasn't fazed at all and very calmly and competently dealt with everyone's issues. If any work needs to be done at this dealership, be sure to ask for Vlad. He's a true pro! More
