I’ve been calling and leaving messages for over 2 weeks now at this number with no reply whatsoever. They damaged the back hinge of my van and exhaust pipe while using the lift, and there are unresolved issues with the engine. No one has replied to any of my calls or text messages. I have called the service manager multiple times without answer nor returning my calls. The engine light on my van is on again after just 1 month we had gone to this dealership. Complete lack of responsibility towards customers and ineffective service. We have spent over $10,000 on service at this dealership and the engine light is still on, and nobody cares to answer your calls.
