I took my car their for a tail light bulb. The rep wanted to charge me $250 for Diagnostics that wasn't needed according to his manager. So for labor of putting in the part that took 20 to 30 The rep wanted to charge me $250 for Diagnostics that wasn't needed according to his manager. So for labor of putting in the part that took 20 to 30 minutes, he still charged me $250. Stay away from the service rep Apostol, he's a crook. More
The advisor Carlos and service manager were excellent. However I was irritated that the director demanded full payment or a $90 per day storage fee for a vehicle that had not had all repair work completed However I was irritated that the director demanded full payment or a $90 per day storage fee for a vehicle that had not had all repair work completed. Upon picking up my vehicle I could clearly see that the rear passenger window which was replaced had not been tinted to match my other back windows at all. Also the power outlet cover fron the back of my console (which should have been repaired) was laying on the floor in clear sight. If you're going to demand full payment immediately or threaten to charge storage fees then you should make sure that ALL work has been completed first. Especially when things are apparently obvious and don't even require close inspection. More
