I bought a car there and the sales staff I dealt with is good, friendly and knowlegable. The service dept however is bad. I will be making a third trip to fix same issue. Last 2 times what they fixed bro good, friendly and knowlegable. The service dept however is bad. I will be making a third trip to fix same issue. Last 2 times what they fixed broke a month after with same symptoms. Second time I went there I ordered a loaner which was not there when I got there. The service advisor.. she was not friendly, not knowlegable, hinted I will need to pay for the same thing which was covered under warranty last time, made no effort to find out and reconcile why there was not loaner prepared for me. Overall it makes me sick to go back there and have the same thing "fixed" again. More
