Unhelpful This dealer is not an upstanding facility.i took my car there for a recall and I also did my service there.i received my car back with an oil leak and This dealer is not an upstanding facility.i took my car there for a recall and I also did my service there.i received my car back with an oil leak and now the blower motor is not working where they perform the recall.i called the service manager James and no help there.i wish I didn’t take my car here.now I may have to pay to fix my car and I have warranty.i will be written a review everyday from now on More

Courtesy Car Wash Many Mercedes owners are aware of the courtesy car wash which is done @ any dealership regardless of if you are doing a service that day or not, howev Many Mercedes owners are aware of the courtesy car wash which is done @ any dealership regardless of if you are doing a service that day or not, however this morning I decided to go over to Silver Star Motors to get my car washed, I was told by the employee that approached me that I can ONLY receive a car wash if I was getting my car serviced.. but I have been to many other dealerships and I was never once turned away because it’s a courtesy wash that owners can receive regardless.. now with that being said my lease is almost and I would have considered purchasing a car from this dealership but NO thank you.. I will take my business elsewhere where they don’t have these ridiculous rules..!! I am not blaming the employees of this dealership they are doing a job as they are following rules made by management. The point of this post is that I will take my business elsewhere and buy my G wagon and my friends will also not patronize this dealership! More
