Courtesy Car Wash Many Mercedes owners are aware of the courtesy car wash which is done @ any dealership regardless of if you are doing a service that day or not, howev Many Mercedes owners are aware of the courtesy car wash which is done @ any dealership regardless of if you are doing a service that day or not, however this morning I decided to go over to Silver Star Motors to get my car washed, I was told by the employee that approached me that I can ONLY receive a car wash if I was getting my car serviced.. but I have been to many other dealerships and I was never once turned away because it’s a courtesy wash that owners can receive regardless.. now with that being said my lease is almost and I would have considered purchasing a car from this dealership but NO thank you.. I will take my business elsewhere where they don’t have these ridiculous rules..!! I am not blaming the employees of this dealership they are doing a job as they are following rules made by management. The point of this post is that I will take my business elsewhere and buy my G wagon and my friends will also not patronize this dealership! More

Nightmare I had what was possibly the worst car-related experience of my life with Silver Star; the lies, lack of ethical standards, and fraud involved were jus I had what was possibly the worst car-related experience of my life with Silver Star; the lies, lack of ethical standards, and fraud involved were just stunning. My primary contact was with an associate named Rasul N, who never completed the work I originally requested, failed to respond to emails, and lied about contacting Mercedes insurance. I was assured that his manager would call me by a certain date; I never heard from him. Ultimately, my car was at the dealership ONE MONTH while no work was done! Rasul also sent me an email telling me that my car had been sold; fortunately, ny car is equipped with Hum by Verizon, which indicated that my car hadn't been moved in a month. My attempt to contact the franchise owner, Mr. Cohen, found him unresponsice as well. I cannot stress enough: avoid this dealership in general and this associate, Rasul, in particular. This was a truly brutal experience. More
