Cindy was awesome and went above and beyond her duty. She was diligent and patient, she was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Now in regards to the Mechanic’s, I can’t speak too kindly about their was diligent and patient, she was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Now in regards to the Mechanic’s, I can’t speak too kindly about their competence, my center console was not working when I took delivery of my vehicle after drop off, they fixed the issue promptly, but I feel as if that shouldn’t be an issue at all due to someone forgetting something. It also took over a week for my vehicle to actually have a diagnosis, I understand the mechanics were backed up but I felt that should have been relayed to me before I actually dropped off the vehicle.
